Module fontai.config

The configuration module is the middle man between the provided YAML configuration files and instantiated ML stages ready to be executed. Submodules correspond to different ML stages (or the overarching Pipeline class) and provide the schema for configuration files. Each of these submodules consist of a Config class that when instantiated contain all the necessary parameters and Python object dependencies to completely configure an ML pipeline stage. They also contain a ConfigHandler class that map YAML files to instantiated Config objects. These are in turn passed to ML stages.
